A country house hotel located in Buckinghamshire is currently seeking a Breakfast Chef Role: The Head Chef of an award winning, country hotel is seeking to appoint a Breakfast Chef to the kitchen with the added responsibility of working in the kitchen that serves the spa café following the breakfast service.The hotel guests have high expectations so this Breakfast Chef role will require you to ensure that you meet the level of cooking the hotel is known for whilst under pressure, working alone in the kitchen preparing high quality, fresh ingredients.When you work in the spa café you will be joining a team of two chefs preparing fresh, simple, seasonal dishes served in a relaxed environment but still matching the high standards expected by the senior chefs. Requirements: The role requires an experienced Breakfast Chef who is capable of working well under pressure in a top quality, fresh food kitchen.All chefs applying to the role must be responsible with the ability to work alone or as part of a small team.Experience working in an award winning hotel environment previously would be ideal.
