About Us 10 Castle Street is a Private Members Cub located in the heart of Dorset. With high end clients and hosts of the party, we are ideal for country escapes, weddings and a local entertainment space for all events. We believe that to have a successful business, you need to have a team of great people. We work tirelessly to attract, develop and retain the best people in the industry, to ensure that every customer leaves 10 Castle Street happy. About You: Proven experience as a Restaurant supervisor beneficial however the right candidate should also be committed and determined. Excellent understanding for high class service is a must as well as excellent communication skills with guests and colleagues. The right candidate should have the ability to multitask and work efficiently whilst remaining consistent. Good quality of English is required.
