Pastry Chef at Award-winning Restaurant - Exeter Our client is a fantastic award-winning restaurant and they are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join their team You will be working alongside a fantastic team of chefs and have the chance to further up your career Previous 3 AA Rosettes experience highly desirable. Salary & Benefits: Package of £32,500 per annum Amazing benefits Pension scheme, meals on duty, uniform provided Cheap live-in available Responsibilities: You will be the sole Pastry Chef in the team, in charge of the pastry section Develop and create new innovative dishes at a 3 Rosettes level Responsible for the training of new staff and elevate them to the high standards that have been set. Reporting only to the Head Chef, you will be a fundamental part of the team. The Individual: Previous pastry experience at 3 AA Rosette level or above A managerial background is preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to run the whole pastry section. You will have a strong passion for food, ability to work under high pressure and have the drive to further improve your dish-creation skills.
