Demi Chef - Country Inn - Lyndhurst New Forest - £21k live in Demi Chef. Our client is recruiting a Demi Chef for their busy country inn near Lyndhurst in the New Forest. This is an opportunity for a Commis Chef to develop their career in a busy kitchen working for an established Head Chef you will gain valuable experience and training. The Job You will work on all sections of the kitchen Preparing the mise en place Ensuring your section is kept clean and tidy Experience You will already have worked in a professional kitchen Have basic knowledge of each section Have NVQ level 2 or equivalent Hard Working and Enthusiastic.
