BANQUETING HEAD CHEF WANTED FOR A REPUTABLE HOTEL AND SPA SITUATED IN THE COUNTRY SIDE OF WEST SUSSEX. Rock Recruitment our working with one of Sussex's finest hotel and Spa, known for its iconic views, array of restaurant offerings, incredible over night accommodation, exception spa and event facilities. Our client is currently in the process of looking for a Banqueting Head Chef, to manage all the Catering for the weddings, corporate events and functions, along with this the head chef is responsible to provide all staff food daily. This is a very prestigious venue, all of the banqueting offerings are to be to a rosette level, to be the head chef you need to have had experience working within event catering previously in a similar environment. This venue has a number of accolades under its belt and is a brilliant place to work. As the head chef you will be in charge of the day to day running of the banqueting kitchens, including stock control, rotas, training of staff, attiring to food hygiene etc. As the Head Chef you need to be : - Knowledgeable in Banqueting - Confidence in running a kitchen during service - Have a proven track record in growing kitchens - Enjoy building kitchen brigades - Have an ability to train and develop staff - Level 3 food hygiene - Profit and loss knowledge In return you will receive : - A good working rota - Great rates of pay - 29 days holiday - A bonus scheme - Discounts across their other sites Please apply below if you wish to know more about the position.
