Overview
Head of Relationship Management - Financial Services - salary £70Kpa based in West Sussex Our award winning, leading financial services client has grown substantially over the past few years. They are in the position to recruit a Head of Relationship Management role and team reflect the importance of the relationships between our client and Third-Party Providers on behalf of their customers. Ultimately improving business relationships with Providers There is a strong focus on using data to look for trends and problems, and analyse communications, contracts and negotiations. The insights are used to refine company practices. Strong analytical skills to develop a deep understanding of the products and services being sold, the markets in which they are being sold, and broader industry trends. The better you understand the technical aspects of the business, the clearer and more efficient they can be communicating with customers / partners or helping staff meet the needs of customers or partners. Candidates must have over five years' experience in managing key/strategic relationship and have the ability to engage with business owners and decision markers. We are looking for well-educated individuals who are educated to graduate level degree standard and have a high level of general investment knowledge. An understanding of the project life cycle and the disciplines associated with running multiple, complex projects is desirable as well as IT CRM systems and processes experience.
