Job Title: Sous Chef – Creative steak & grill restaurant Salary: up to £33,000 Location: South London Who will you be working for? An independent all-day steak & grill restaurant based in South London. They serve a fresh, seasonal menu using locally sourced British produce with a big focus on grass fed steaks and burgers in addition to their popular brunch service. What are we looking for? A motivated and enthusiastic Sous Chef who is confident to lead a small, tight knit brigade. An individual who loves working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and has a flair for creative menu creation as well as having an excellent handle on all areas of kitchen management. You’ll also need to be confident working with meat cookery and love working on the busy grills Desirable Qualities: Be a Sous Chef or experienced Snr CDP/Jnr Sous Chef ready for the next step up Be passionate about cooking seasonally and be confident working with a meat focussed menu Have a fantastic work ethic and able to keep a cool head under pressure Possess good kitchen management skills Have the drive to build your career and grow with a young, ambitious independent company Does this sound like you?
