General Manager – Casual Dining Brand – London – up to £42,000 plus bonus What will you be up to? We are looking for a creative and commercially minded candidate who can bring new and inventive ideas to the table. This company look for committed individuals to step up to the plate and deliver. You will be leading teams between 20- 30. Whilst being super creative you will also have strong business acumen and be reactive to cost and proactive with your productivity. The product is on point and the locations are fantastic. Candidates who have had success with this client are a fit on a culture level, they really believe that the GMs are the powerhouses of the brand and have massive respect for the job that you do. A team player is essential, someone who sees their team as the future of the business and enjoys mentoring and leading by example.
