Overview
The People Operations Coordinator will join the EMEA Talent Team, supporting with multiple areas such as onboarding, employee engagement, benefits and company culture. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first People Operations Coordinator The People Operations Coordinator will: Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience Be the first point of contact across EMEA Work with office operations and IT to ensure desks and computers are ordered Assist in HR-related audits and create ad-hoc reports Escalate issues, problems or more complex inquiries, where necessary Provide employees with accurate and consistent information Assist with employee engagement initiatives and recruitment operations Assist the team on a variety of special projects The People Operations Coordinator will play a big part in helping to build processes from scratch If you have 2 years HR or Talent support experience within a Tech or Start-up company, we would love to hear from you
