Overview
Supply Chain Manager-FMCG National Food Business London £35,000-£40,000 Bonus Reporting to the National Supply Chain controller this role is an essential function where you effectively be managing the supply chain requirements of National Account customers against business requirement and capability. You will have the management of maintaining service excellence & influencing senior people across the business to deliver to customer expectations. I am looking for someone who can analyse info, drive results & themselves and through others, innovate and improve, work independently and with the replen team and most importantly deliver. This is also a customer facing role where you will meet with clients based on the agreed requirement and as such customer exposure is of benefit. The Role Supporting tenders with prospective and existing customers Customer management from a supply chain perspective Management of associated stock and service level performance Management of all customer bespoke product requirements and product performance Liaising with internal customers and suppliers to ensure stock is available in an effective and efficient manner Management of the Supply Chain elements of new line listings including product data accuracy Management of stock and product requirements associated to menu management, seasonality and changes in demand Management of information to deliver the end to end supply chain requirement You: Strong experience/knowledge of food supply chain function is essential Ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement Analytical and problem-solving skills Strong Customer service skills Ability to influence at a senior level. Team player Strong IT skills.
