As a Nursing Home Manager, you’ll play a huge part in that as you help us to make even more of our residents smile. In turn, you’ll be smiling too as you enjoy being part of a dedicated team of carers, nurses and support teams providing first class, personalised care to our residents. You really will become an important part of their life, as you ensure they feel settled and welcomed from the moment they join you. And we hope they’ll become a big part of yours too. It’s not always easy. Our residents all have different needs and wants, so you’ll need to be a Nursing Home Manager who’ll go that extra mile for a smile. Seen as specialists in dementia care, FSHC will support you to be the best too – you’ll be the go-to person, leader and clinical mentor for the teams in the home, playing a pivotal role. Not only that, you will represent your home with external stakeholders ensuring that you achieve the highest standards of care possible. That kind of responsibility isn’t for everyone, but if you are a nurse who shares our passion to provide outstanding care to our residents then we want to hear from you. Prior experience at a senior/management level within an elderly care environment / dementia or mental health is essential.
