Overview
My client who a Global Leader within the Industrial Door Industry are going through expansion at the moment. Due to this they are looking for Service Engineers to join their business in a variety of locations. It would be working on Industrial doors including High speed doors, Over Head sectional doors and Doc levellers. You would be working with major Blue-Chip clients local to your home. Responsibilities and challenges: Carry out planned and preventative maintenance and other service activities on our range of products. This requires you to follow logical and systematic steps to diagnose any potential or existing faults Recommend improvements to the customer and provide quotations on prospective work such as; replacement of wear and tear parts to avoid breakdowns between service visits, upgrade’s to improve functionality and the benefits of a 24/7 service agreement with the Company Work closely with the sales department so that potential sales leads can be captured What they require: They are looking for an experienced service engineer Ideal if you have experience with roller shutters or industrial doors but this is not essential They will consider strong mechanically biased service engineers Package: Competitive basic salary Commission Scheme – 5% on any spare parts upsold Flexible working hours Intensive training Over time rate On call rate Van Laptop & Mobile Equipment & Uniform This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89882670
