Amazing opportunity to join a fast growing global organisation as a Senior Administrator, based in Redhill Are you an experienced Administrator, seeking a new challenge? Do you work to a high level of accuracy? Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a friendly team for this fast growing global organisation. The successful senior administrator will be a self-motivated professional, with a minimum of 3 years strong administration experience, coupled with a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Completing the processing of contribution investment, HR and Flex interface files Deal with the non-standard and complicated interface file processing Contribute to associate training and development Monitor interface file processing to ensure agreed targets and deadlines are achieved Provide an efficient, professional service to meet all clients’ needs Be a point of reference on technical issues and non-standard processing Build and maintain technical, procedures and client knowledge through experience Key Skills: Grade 9-4/Grade C or above for Maths and English Language at GCSE or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Work to a high level of accuracy Enthusiastic approach to getting things done Previous role within a pension’s environment that was dealing with the investment cycle of contributions would be of advantage Able to apply problem solving and analytical skills Previous experience of mentoring and coaching individuals Some previous supervisory experience would be of an advantage NB: Unfortunately due to the high level of applications received by Lloyd Recruitment Services, we are only able to contact shortlisted candidates
