A career opportunity for a CIPD qualified HR Manager with experience in a legal or professional services environment, who would relish the opportunity to take over the HR function within a progressive award winning law boutique in the City of London. Landmark offices, outstanding working conditions and a progressive approach to everything they do, all go to make them popular employers, and they are looking to offer a permanent role to a generalist HR Manager who would enjoy covering everything from assisting with recruitment, advising on all aspects of employee relations and employment legislation, reviewing benefits, monitoring market salary levels, developing HR policy, managing and developing their HR Administrator, and taking on such issues as wellbeing events, diversity, staff training arrangements, staff handbook, and annual reports on recruitment and training costs.
