Commercial Property Solicitor. REF: NG39 Salary: £20,000-25,000 Location: Stockport Job Type: Full Time Job Section: Private Practice Experience: 5 years PQE in commercial property Contact: Nathan Green Multi specialist Law Firm in Stockport seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor. You will be processing and complete the full spectrum of residential property fee earning work for client files. Some of the key duties of this role are: Generating fee income and ensure proper control of time recording, billing, work in progress and cash collection in line with the agreed targets. Attending clients in person and on the telephone and to provide the most professional and excellent service in a friendly confident matter and keeping in the standards of the firms client care. Will also be supervising of other fee earning colleagues if required. Managing files in paper and on Seneca file which will most likely include opening, closing, storage and retrieval of clients files in lines with the procedures that are in the office manual. Have to attend and participate in meetings. Navigate and manage the preparation of correspondence and documents through the case management system.
