Commercial Contracts Solicitor Manchester Are you an experienced Commercial/Commercial Contracts Lawyer looking for an opportunity to move in house? Are you already working in house and looking for a new challenge? We want to hear from you Our client is an award winning, National Law Firm looking for a Solicitor or Associate to join their Manchester based In House Legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing General Counsel department with clear career progression pathways. The Role: Contract preparation and review across all business streams Providing support on RFPs for tenders and future business Drafting, reviewing and advising upon contracts for legal services with clients, NDAs and contracts with external suppliers Employment law and company secretarial work Candidate Profile: Experience in drafting and reviewing various types of contract is essential Experience and knowledge in connection with the provision of all types of professional services, data security, confidentiality agreements, consultancy agreements and implementation and licensing of analytics and AI projects. Able to give advice to the Managing Partner and Operations Board Members as well as other stakeholders Ability to work to tight deadlines Methodical and skillful mind Good communication and organisation A highly competitive salary and benefits package is on offer for the right candidate.
