The firm will consider solicitors ranging from Newly Qualified to circa 5 years PQE with experience dealing experience dealing with commercial property transactions. The successful candidate will be handling their own caseload of real estate matters as well as assisting partners on more complex transactions. You'll be dealing with a varied caseload acting on behalf of small, medium and large businesses, predominately managed by the owner. Your caseload will consist of; Sales & Acquisitions Landlord & Tenant work Development Secured Lending Option & Pre-emption agreements The firm offer an excellent remuneration package as well as great benefits including flexible working hours.
