Overview
LAW Absolute are working on an exclusive basis with a globally recognised brand in the hospitality and hotel industry seeking a Paralegal based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the VP of Legal across EMEA. The role is a 6 month position with the potential of permanency. Key accountabilities include: Assist generally with the preparation and execution of transaction documents; check legal forms and documents for accuracy. Manage franchise disclosure requirements in Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions with a high degree of autonomy. Carry out internal due diligence, execution and post execution processes. Maintain and supervise central files of EMEAE contracts and company files. Ideal profile: Experience in paralegal duties Experienced in a broad range of in house legal functions Ability to start on short notice
