Overview
A well-established law firm are looking for a Qualified Residential Conveyancer to join their team in the Chelmsford area. The Residential Conveyancer will be able to run their own caseload from instruction to completion dealing with all aspects of sale and purchase transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity (of both registered and unregistered property and both freehold and leasehold estates). You must also be experienced in new build, shared ownership. The successful candidate will ideally be a conveyancing solicitor/licensed conveyancer/CILEx) with at least 2 years' experience in managing a full caseload. Case management experience is desirable. Non-Qualified fee earners will also be considered.
