Overview
Calling all Property Managers and Residential Lettings candidates We are holding first stage screening interviews at our Ambitions Personnel Colchester office for a Property Manager vacancy we have in Chelmsford. As a Property Manager you will be directly responsible for a portfolio of rental properties. Primarily dealing with queries from landlords and tenants both electronically and by telephone (no face to face contact). Queries will mainly be maintenance based so our Property Manager will be arranging for contractors to visit the properties, dealing with quotations and pro-actively making sure that related repairs are completed properly. The role is 100% office based so strong communication skills, both written and oral will be essential. Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm plus occasional Saturdays 9.00am to 5.00pm (where Saturdays are worked then a day off in lieu will be taken during the week). Must be a car driver. Basic salary £20-£22,000p/a, depending on experience. OTE circa £20-£24,000 p/a. To secure your first stage interview please get in touch now
