This role is unique as you will be working alongside a heavy hitting Partner, who will be handing over relationships and look to retire in the next few years, which will allow you to take these over and build your practice. The Firm This niche firm are specialists in Real Estate, Construction and Engineering. This firm deal with more adjudications than any other firms in the UK, which is highly impressive given their size. Within the last year, they have significantly grown attracting many heavy-hitting Lawyers. The firm deal with an exceptionally high-quality of work, normally only associated with much larger city practices. Lawyers who join the firm enjoy complex and high-quality work, in much more of an entrepreneurial, collegiate, forward-thinking and progressive environment. They deal with International work and their Lawyers regularly travel abroad. Due to the hires they have made, you will be surrounding yourself with Lawyers that have worked for some of the best firms in the City. A number of their Partners have won awards in their respective practice areas. The Role The firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Partner in their City of London office. You will join a highly experienced team; you will find a broad caseload, making for a much more interesting role. The firm is busy and looking to grow at the senior end. You will deal with a caseload of, Acquisitions and disposals, Landlord & Tenant, Development, Investment, and Corporate support. You will be able to deal with HNW Residential work if this is something you want to do, but this is not essential. Requirements: You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit with experience) You will have good technical knowledge A meticulous eye for detail is essential Eagerness to engage with business development is essential Salary & Benefits: Salary is very competitive You will receive a lucrative bonus structure alongside this This is an exceptional opportunity for a Real Estate Partner to join this specialist practice based in the City of London.
