Commercial Property Solicitor L500 Regional Practice Negotiable Salary DOE Bedford Full Time – Permanent A leading regional L500 practice based in Bedfordshire are seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor for their highly reputable Commercial Property Team. You will join a department led by Partners that are consistently recognised in the Legal 500. The firm maintains an excellent reputation in the Home Counties and as such can offer an excellent quality of work, similar to that of a city practice, but will provide a relaxed and friendly environment where they encourage personal and professional development. The successful applicant will handle a full and varied commercial property caseload to include but not limited to landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, development work and agricultural property matters. To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practising Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE. You will be confident in handling a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions and be able to hit the ground running with an existing caseload as well as being confident and pro-active in seeking new business opportunities.
