Overview
Our Bedford based client is recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of Commercial property matters including all aspects of real estate acquisitions, portfolio managements, commercial landlord and tenant work and developments. You will have previous experience of Option Agreements, Conditional Contracts, Corporate Support and Overage Provisions would be preferred. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong technical ability and be able to manage their own case load; in addition you must be a confident communicator, persuasive, articulate and friendly with a good sense of humour. You will also ideally have some PQE in commercial property work, but of equal importance is a commercial awareness and genuine enthusiasm for this area of law.
