Overview

A large international firm is seeking a Pensions Associate/Senior Associate to join their well-respected practice. The firm acts for large organisations (public and private), pension scheme trustees, insolvency practitioners, government bodies and financial institutions. The Role: This role will have both contentious and non-contentious work on offer and an opportunity to do regulatory and trustee work. The Pensions Solicitor will work on pension benefit changing exercises, restructurings, winding-ups of pension schemes and pension fund deficits. The Candidate: The ideal Pensions Associate will: Be an English and Welsh qualified Solicitor Have experience at a well-regarded pensions team or firm Have 1-6 years’ PQE If this role could be of interest to you please do send a CV ASAP.
