Overview
A fast-growing online gaming company is looking for an ambitious junior level Legal Counsel with marketing and advertising experience to join its in-house team. Based in London, the In-House Counsel position is offered as a full-time permanent role. Your New Role Reporting to senior Counsel, the Legal Counsel will work on a wide range of commercial matters such as: Drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of commercial agreements such as marketing agreements, advertising agreements, sponsorship agreements, software licencing agreements and IT agreements. Working alongside the marketing teams to advise on marketing and advertising matters, sales promotions, competitions and customer offers. Providing legal advice on website content and advising on data-protection issues will also be required.
