Your part in our journey: Developing and scaling our digital acquisition channels is one of our core priorities for 2020. This position will play a fundamental role in determining the success and speed at which we are able to identify and understand how best to drive performance. Your part in the team: Reporting into the Online Sales Lead you will produce insightful and rigorous analysis across a variety of commercial situations. Working alongside the eCommerce Manager and Online Channel Managers you will evaluate channel performance from both an onsite and offsite perspective to identify key areas of improvement across the digital path to purchase. What you’ll need to help you make the best of the role: Be an expert using web analytics tools, specifically Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. Experienced in prioritising multiple streams of work for yourself and others, focusing on those with the most value. Experience with full-funnel analysis across multiple touchpoints. Have an understanding of the digital marketing mix , the role of specific channels, and demonstrative proof of sales improvements. Ability to absorb and interpret data from multiple sources to produce value driven insights. Experience with GTM, media side tracking/ tagging (Floodlight) and data layer structures. Have a positive attitude to "hit the ground running" Good experience with communicating with multiple stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial and Digital.
