Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Liverpool £32,000 5% Pension 25 Days Holidays 8 Bank Holidays Overtime Opportunity Your new company: A global Facilities Management & Technical Services provider with an industry leading reputation. Your new role: Operating Monday – Friday, 6am – 3pm, 8am – 5pm, 11am – 8pm across a major shopping centre site – retail. PPM’s & Reactive maintenance: Light changes, emergency light testing, fire alarm and sprinkler testing, basic plumbing, joinery, AHU’s, FCU’s, Pumps, Filters and general building services maintenance. Operating as part of an integrated team in a client / customer facing role. What you'll need to succeed: Experience operating in a multiskilled maintenance role in the FM sector is desirable. Electrical C&G 2365 or 2330 Parts 2&3 – essential and 17 th / 18 th edition.
