Client Insight Executive - Domestic Appliances - 6 month FTC This International consultancy are a reliable and trusted insight partner for the world’s biggest companies and leading brands. They harness large data sets and innovative digital research solutions to provide answers for key business questions around consumers, markets, brands and media. They are seeking a talented Client Insight Executive for their Domestic appliance market to cover a 6 month FTC Client Insight Executive role: The Client Insight Executive - Domestic Appliances is the link between the company and the 'white goods' focused consumer sector clients. As part of the Market Insight team, the role brings together industry and product knowledge to provide solutions. The ideal Client Insight Executive will have strong interpersonal skills and use these to truly understand clients businesses and challenges. The successful Client Insight Executive will be able to drive engagement through actionable insight and innovative solutions. This is the ideal opportunity for an early-stage career professional, who seeks a launchpad for a career in market research, data insight or strategic consulting and who wishes to develop a broad skillset in data analytics, client consulting, project management and stakeholder engagement. Main Responsibilities · Manage a defined list of clients, supported by your line manager · Ensure client service is delivered to the agreed standard · Create awareness across the broad range of solutions · Maintain Key Account Plans where applicable for your accounts · Work cross functionally within the local business to ensure client needs are met · Identify leads and opportunities within your client base and pass these to sales · Work with the client delivery team to ensure data quality and deliverables are met · Have basic market and product knowledge · Support and deliver Company strategy · Core Competencies for the Client Insight Executive · Passion, energy and drive, enthusiasm to learn and develop · Market knowledge and understanding · Research knowledge and understanding · Computer literate, able to learn and use bespoke systems · Able to build tailored presentations for manufacturers and retailers, using a storyline approach · Eye for detail and high-quality standards · Able to maintain client relationships / Good communication skills This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract starting in February 2020 We offer an exciting work environment that brings people together.
