Overview
An opportunity for an Assistant Accountant has arisen in a busy independent Accountancy Practice in South East London, with a varied client portfolio. Prospective candidates should have at least eighteen months experience working in an Accountancy Firm with exposure, ideally, to the IRIS accountancy package. You will be responsible for monthly management accounts for a varied portfolio of clients, including VAT returns, client yearends plus bookkeeping for the practice. You should be proactive in your approach to work, self motivated and enjoy working to tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is a great role for someone looking to be a key part of small but very friendly accountancy practice. Salary dependant on experience, up to £27k.
