Overview
HR Advisor Job in West London, £15/hour This is an exciting opportunity to work as a HR Advisor for a Not for Profit organisation in West London. It is a temporary position, expected to last for 2 months, but you could have the opportunity to apply for the permanent post. Reporting to the HR Manager, your role will be advisory/operationally focused and will require developing close relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will enjoy working in a generalist HR role as you will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of HR functions. The role will include: Working proactively with managers to review their HR priorities and proposing effective solutions to these Advising managers on the most effective methods for filling job vacancies and developing recruitment campaigns with reflect the organisation's brand Organising, planning, undertaking and overseeing recruitment activities Overseeing the monthly payroll and ensuring that all employee records are regularly reviewed monitored and remain up to date Contribute to the planning of the L&D programme Providing and employee relations advisory service to line managers and colleagues Support managers with grievances, disciplinaries, performance issues and capability procedures Working with managers to analyse the impact of the work of the HR team on the business Ideal candidates will be CIPD Qualified (or equivalent) and have an HR Generalist background including experience of employee relations, recruitment and payroll. You will have strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication and an ability to influence and motivate others.
