Overview
The Client Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by a global blue chip client to find an experienced FM Category Manager with UK and International projects The Role This role will be responsible for the full end to end category management reporting into the head of procurement managing 1 direct report overseas Key Aspects Fully accountable for the FM Category identifying and delivering multiple cost saving initiatives Establish category focus based on benefits and opportunities which align with business requirements Work with global category managers to coordinate activity and escalate issues related to projects Actively work with stakeholders to maximise the impact of sourcing activities The Candidate The ideal candidate will have full end to end category management experience in a sole role Key Skills Significant category management experience and expertise in a large blue chip organisation Proven ability in sourcing, negotiating and delivering cost savings strategies Experience at drafting contracts and familiar with contract law Excellent communication skills and managing expectations of senior stakeholders For more information please get in touch 963054GW INDPRO
