Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced FM Assistant provide support within the Property Services Department at a small charity organisation in Central London . The position is temporary to permanent, 35hrs/week. £11/HR - weekly pay! We are looking for an experienced person, who can: * Relieve pressure from the Facilities Manager and Maintenance Team. * Provide first line support by handling Facilities Management enquires and day-to-day requests * Record and deal with faults (referring to others as necessary) * Act as a central point of contact for the Maintenance Team and contractors * Obtain quotations and place orders as required * Ensure compliance with all company and statutory regulations relating to Health and Safety * Plan and organise their own workload to ensure that priorities and deadlines are met .
