Overview

We are URGENTLY looking for a Bid Coordinator to start an ongoing temporary assignment, the main objective is to provide support and project management to the bid team Key Responsibilities Project manage and track the Bid teams work load. Project manage all aspects of major complex tender responses in order to maximise win rate. Understand Customer tender requirements (not deep technical but top level and logical needs). Provide support to the Bid Team including searching of opportunities via tender inbox notifications. Design Bid Response timetable and workload allocation for high bids. Ensuring strategic bids are managed and delivered effectively and efficiently. Ensure all pursuit team members have a clear understanding of their roles and the input required and challenge any capacity/commitment issues Advise Pursuit Team and other parties (eg Sales) of any lessons learned or insights gathered. Source and supply information to the wider business as and when requested.
