Overview
Investigo finance is working with a boutique property company based in central London on their search for an Assistant Accountant to join their close knit team. This role would really suit a finance studier looking for their step into month end. The role will involve: Assisting with monthly/quarterly management accounts e.g. control account reconciliations and investigating differences Assisting with year end accounts e.g. control account reconciliations, provision of information to auditor Raising of periodic (monthly/quarterly/annual) rent demands Bank Reconciliations and investigation/clearing of reconciling items Assisting with VAT calculation and returns Assisting with service charge accounting Exporting Qube subsidiary modules to General ledger on a daily basis Liaising with operational staff - providing information for them as required (e.g. credit control) Ad hoc matters as required by senior management Experience required: 1 - 2 years within a finance function Looking to study ACCA or CIMA pathways Experience with property would be ideal but not essential Experience working with Qube also ideal but not essential For more information, please contact Cheryl Aust at Investigo London
