My client is a large company based in Eastleigh who are looking to add some temporary support into their Complaints Resolution team. Client Details My client is a large company based in central Eastleigh. Description As the the Complaints Resolution Advisor you will: Investigate complaints passed through from the Customer Service team Try to effectively deal with the complaints first hand and if not log the details and send them onto the relevant team or department involved to gain more information Keep in contact with the customers via phone and email to provide regular updates Assist management in recording nature of complaints to analyse where the business can make improvements Profile In order the be considered for the role you will: Be available for temporary work either immediately or on short notice Have previously worked in a customer focused role Be able to use MS Word and Excel to help analyse trends Job Offer The chance to work in a varied role.
