Overview
CMA Recruitment Group are working with a business based in Eastleigh, Hampshire, to help them recruit a Purchase Ledger Supervisor on a permanent basis. What will the role involve? Entering purchase invoices onto the system; Overseeing a team of 2 purchase ledger clerks; Managing the invoice authorisation process; Conducting weekly payment runs; Dealing with all supplier invoice queries; Reviewing supplier statements; Raising purchase orders; Any ad hoc tasks as requested by the manager. Suitable Candidate: Able to work as part of a team and have the ability to work well under pressure; Strong background in purchase ledger; Comfortable supervising a small team.
