Overview
Communicates with:- Quality Manager Staff at all levels NZ Quality Team Institutional customers including professional organisations and notified bodies Main Purpose of Job / Key Results Area To assist in the development and management the company's Quality Management System to deliver a customer service oriented Quality Management System which complies with all applicable regulations and meets business objectives. Limits of Authorities No authority over any other personnel. All expenses must be authorised by Quality Manager. Minimum Requirements Mandatory Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel Advanced user of Microsoft Word Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint Exposure to management of quality system procedures Desired Educated to A-level or equivalent or relevant industry experience. Good knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 Quality Management Standard. Good knowledge of medical device regulations Other skills, abilities and capabilities Competent in Microsoft CRM Business English Responsibilities and Duties · Assist Quality Manager with maintenance and monitoring of the Quality Management System in line with ISO 13485:2016 and Global QMS · Ensure that processes meet required standards · Gather data and produce statistical reports on Quality related metrics. · Assist with audit preparation according to QMS procedure. · Prepare inputs for Management Review Meetings and Quality Meetings in accordance with procedure and ensure metrics within Quality Plan are reviewed and measured. · Identify, document and take preventative and corrective actions in relation to issues of non-conformance. · Promote the quality culture across the business · Assist with implementation of LEAN improvements throughout the Operations Team · Research and review customer feedback and use this to inform quality processes and decisions. · Ensure that all suppliers meet the quality requirements of the company. · Keep informed of any changes in relevant regulations and ensure company compliance. · Assist with management of GS1 and PEPPOL project in UK in cooperation with GHX and F&P NZ including implementation and training. · Maintain compliance with credentialing regulations for all relevant staff Behaviours General/Organisational Quality/Compliance Fair, Prompt & Honest Communication Collaboration Initiative & Self-motivation Efficiency and efficacy Coachability Flexibility Presentability Specific/Individual Integrity & Confidentiality Detail Orientation & Accuracy Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
