Junior Quality & Training Administrator Maidenhead, Berkshire, South-East Permanent/Full-Time Salary: Dependent upon qualifications and experience This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team at PMN Consulting as a Quality & Training Administrator - the role will be varied with the opportunity for progression to be trained to become a quality consultant and ultimately, a Responsible Person on Wholesale Distribution Authorisations, subject to performance. The chosen candidate must be a quick learner who is focussed and has excellent attention to detail. General tasks and responsibilities may change on a day-to-day basis but overall you will be responsible for: • providing support to both the quality and training functions • administration of training course bookings and creation of training course documentation • ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office • simple and more complex administration duties involving invoicing clients and supplier POs • building relationships with suppliers and clients For this role you must have: • excellent spoken and written communication skills • education to at least A’ level standard or equivalent (or excellent GCSE results) • good organisational and time management skills • good 'people skills’ for working with colleagues and clients • the ability to work flexibly on your own and as part of a small, dynamic team • a good ability to prioritise and manage workload • good computer skills We are looking for an energetic team player who is organised and has excellent attention to detail.
