Overview
We're thrilled to be recruiting for this exciting SME in the local market in their hunt to recruit an experienced and proactive Customer Service expert. Initially available on an interim basis, this is a role which very much has the potential for permanency for the successful candidate. A small, friendly and really pleasant working environment, our client is seeking Customer experts who are confident and comfortable with outbound proactive service calls in an Account Managerial capacity. No specific industry experience is needed here, but a hands on attitude with a really proactive mindset are required to fulfil the duties of the role. The client is able to commit to at least 3 months of interim work, given the initial scale of the project. Candidates must have previous experience from within an office environment however, pure retail based Customer interactions won't be considered. Day to day duties include: Proactively outbound calling customers to ensure care is provided on an ongoing basis to existing clients. Handling all administrative activities to ensure IT systems are updated. Handling any product orders as required. Responding to queries on product availability and actioning. A flexible business in general, our client is willing to consider flexible hours, or even the option of working from home at times for the successful applicant, assuming the commitment and personality match the requirement. It is a role which will start immediately, so only those on short notice or available immediately can be considered.
