This market leading software company is recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to passionately engage with customers and be their voice. Is this you? Company snapshot: Global software company providing a renowned software platform available on-premise or as a SaaS solution Innovative and simple solutions that really work Excellent reputation for customer service and loyalty Dominant player in the UK market experiencing considerable growth across US and Australia currently The role: This is a new position in response to a larger customer base that needs dedicated support Using your understanding of the software package and customer requirements you will pro-actively engage with customers helping them get the most out of solutions Meetings customer's requirements of the platform and exceeding expectations Being the customer champion and passing on vital insight to ensure the software meets the need of a changing audience Minimise customer churn by working in partnership with customers and building long-lasting relationships About you: A passionate and pro-active account manager who ideally has worked in a customer success type role previously Outgoing personality with a can do attitude An interest in software and evolving technologies First class communication skills (phone, email and face to face) The package: Salary dependent on experience 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays Flexible working Life Assurance Pension If this isn't quite right, we are recruiting for plenty of other sales, account management and customer success opportunities across the East of England.
