Overview
We have an exciting new Customer Service opportunity available to work for a dynamic company based in Ware. This is a varied role where you will need to be continually proactive and have a passion for team work. Customer Service Advisor - Job Overview As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include; Answering all incoming calls from customers Manage mailboxes and respond to customers emails Ensure systems are kept up to date with relevant information Accurately record updates on the appropriate systems Liaising with internal and external teams General administrative support to other teams Customer Service Advisor - Skills & Experience Required Previous customer service experience within an office environment is essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly and personable Good organisational skills Ability to work of own initiative Ability to use Microsoft packages including Word and Excel Customer Service Advisor - Benefits Offered Weekly pay with immediate start available Free parking Minimum contract length 6 months ?8.50 - ?9.00 per hour Excellent training opportunities 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) T hank you for your application.
