Overview
CSCS Carded Handy man required for an immediate start on a new build apartment block in Darwen. Working for one of the UK's largest and most reputable main contractors. You will formulate part of an efficient site team, tasked with maintaining and fixing various items on site. These include: - Performing minor repairs of apartments internally and externally - Replacing or organising the replacement of broken locks, windows etc - Patch Plastering - Painting and Decorating - Replacing hinges/handles Site working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm. CPCS Card is a must. This is a long term position for candidates who excel on site Successful candidates must hold a valid CSCS card, have previous experience of maintenance in a construction setting, and be able to provide two work references.
