IVECO - Administrator Location : IVECO, Basildon, Essex, SS14 3AD Salary : Competitive, DOE Contract : Full time, Permanent The Role - Administrator To deliver a variety of administration tasks related to end of contract vehicle returns for Iveco and acting as a main point of contact on-site for our customer. Communicate with customers through email and phone calls. Organise the documents and follow up with the chasing in order to get purchase order numbers from customers. Be responsible for the documents physical and electronic archive in the office. Provide reports to the financial controller. Ensure the status of vehicles is updated on the official government website Ensure mileages on the system are updated Mediate between customers and area manager for any disputes. Order any missing documents on the official website and systems The Person To provide professional and effective services to customers To speak positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products and services to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues. To work as part of a team to achieve the departmental standards. To work together with other departments within DEKRA Automotive to identify any process improvements and improve standards, efficiency and profitability. Key Accountabilities Working technical knowledge of HGV vehicles, body parts, pricing, repair methodology would be advantageous Customer care experience Confident telephone manner Attention to details; Able to manage sensitive data and share them in the correct way to third parties; Excellent general PC skills with use of windows environment; An Excellent working knowledge of Excel to manipulate data; Communication & organisational skills, ability to work on own initiative; Able to organise and prioritise, working to tight time schedules; To be able to communicate effectively at all levels; Reliable with good time keeping skills.
