Overview
Use your expertise in implementations of HR or Recruitment systems in this Implementation Consultant role for a leading, fast growing HCM software vendor. You must have solid expertise in the Talent modules of an HR solution, such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation and Learning and be able to consult with clients about their requirements in these areas offering best practice advice. Client facing role, home based with up to 30% travel to client sites across UK. Around £40k to £60k pa depending on expereince plus 10% on target bonus. You will: gather user requirements for the configuration and implementation of Talent modules within an HCM solution consult with clients, run workshops, develop solutions to client issues and requirements work within a project plan and manage deadlines and milestones, keeping within scope configure and test HR Talent solutions You must have: Significant expertise related to HR solutions including Talent modules including recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, and learning Good client facing skills able to run meetings and workshops and manage client relationships and expectations implementation expertise good organisation and planning skills with ability to achieve demanding deadlines software configuration skills. You will work from home, attending client sites for meetings, with a mix or onsite and home office working.
