We are looking for passionate and hardworking individuals to assist our young people to develop, participate within the community and make real achievements. Areas of support vary from daily living skills, personal care, travel escort, teaching of independent living skills, assisting with accessing community-based programmes such as attending education, apprenticeships, learning opportunities and other social and leisure activities. You must be able to work two (24 hour) shifts per week on a rolling rota which means the allocated shifts may fall on any day of the week.
