Overview

Telecoms / IT Service Delivery Manager required to work near London Bridge. Job purpose: Responsible for management of the Service Delivery Team Managing the delivery of contracted services to clients to ensure that SLAs and KPI are met Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships within large platinum accounts Leading monthly service reviews with account main contacts Escalating major incidents/outages with different vendors to ensure a timely resolution Involved in the early stages of development of a new service with the product development teams to advice on support ability of the service being developed. Process owner for Products/Services/Clients being supported by the Service Delivery team Responsible for ensuring staff are trained and qualified to deliver supported services Escalation point for service complaints Skills required: You MUST have Telecoms and ideally good IT background A passion for Service Improvement Ability to communicate between the technical and the non-technical Able to actively address internal and external risks Comfortable communicating with clients at all levels Experience in managing escalations and problem management Excellent leadership and people management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to support and mentor junior staff Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Effectively delegates This vacancy comes with a 10% bonus, 25 days holiday and a good pension.
