Overview
Pertemps Crawley are working with a Facilities Maintenance company in Hayward's Heath area who are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join their fast paced busy team. Duties Include: -Cordination of maintenance of allocated accounts -Monitor and action the incoming maintenance request and ensure they are completed in time with the agreed SLA's -Negotiating with the suppliers to ensure probability is achieved -Ensure the clients are up to with the maintenance being carried out -Monitor the PPMs for work to be actioned The ideal candidate will have: -Experience within a Facilities Management environment -Attention to detail -Fantastic communication skills -Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
