Award winning recruitment Company, "Siamo Recruitment" are looking for Machine Operative to join our Client a local leading manufacturer on a Temporary to Permanent basis. Duties include; Setting up of the machine programmes to run accordingly to the daily job Minding of the machines and controlling the quality of products Reacting to breakdowns, liaising with the maintenance department and assisting when needed Carrying out any re work and repair to products Ordering products on computerised system General daily labouring duties required Working to company targets Moving products around the facility using FLT Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment Adhering to Strict Health & Safety rules and regulations Job details; £8.50 - £8.80 per hour plus fantastic weekly bonus Excellent paid overtime opportunities Monday-Thursday 10-hour shifts with additional hours as overtime Days and Afternoon shifts available Must be flexible on start times due to workload Company benefits include; Full in-house training on the FLT, Crane and Dumper truck Excellent bonus and overtime opportunities Staff incentives Holiday increase after 12 weeks Fantastic subsidised canteen facility Free on-site car parking Pension scheme Excellent working environment Pay increase opportunities once trained.
