Overview
Credit Controller. Based in Birmingham. £12-13 an hour temp role. 3 months on going. Hays Credit Management are supporting a well known business here in Birmingham, this well established team is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to come in and join the team of 8, during this busy time of the year. Your new role Raising invoices and re sending invoices where required. Managing a ledger made up of 200 key corporate accounts. Proactively calling clients to ensure payments will be made on or before due date, resolving or escalating any queries. Updating the database with client information and logging all calls on the system. Investigating aged debt on the ledger Supporting the cash allocation team with daily updates on payments.
