Overview
PARALEGALS required to work on CREDIT HIRE LITIGATION at this leading International Law Firm based in BIRMINGHAM. Our client is looking for paralegals, ideally with credit hire experience but this is not a requirement. If you have worked in a motor team with any exposure to credit hire, then this role will suit you, challenging and enhancing your technical skills and ability to refer and distinguish applicable caselaw. You will ideally be familiar with the issues arising in credit hire cases relating to for example, rate, need and impecuniosity and will understand the need to handle claims efficiently and expeditiously to achieve the best outcome. Alternatively do you have experience of working within a motor injury team whether Claimant or Defendant? Do you want to work for a supportive, aspirational leading law firm? If so, then this role is for you The successful candidate will run a fast track caseload of litigated and pre-litigated motor cases from inception to conclusion. You will be expected to work to targets and KPI’s within a vibrant, supportive team. This is an ever-growing, successful team of young, dynamic professionals.
